3. Estimates & Quotes

Any estimates or quotes provided through our website, by email, or over the phone are for informational and planning purposes only. They are not binding contracts and are subject to change based on a site visit, final material selections, and project conditions.

A final, binding agreement for services will be set forth in a written contract or signed proposal that outlines the scope of work, materials, payment schedule, and other key terms. Until such a contract is executed by both parties, neither party is obligated to proceed with the project.

4. Scheduling & Cancellations

Project start dates and completion timelines are estimated and may be adjusted due to weather, material availability, permitting, or other factors beyond our control. We will communicate any material changes to the schedule as soon as reasonably possible.

If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment or project, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Certain projects may include specific cancellation terms or fees, which will be detailed in your written contract or proposal.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms, including deposit amounts, progress payments, and final balances, will be outlined in your project contract or proposal. You agree to pay all amounts due in accordance with the agreed-upon schedule.

Late payments may be subject to additional fees or interest as permitted by law. We reserve the right to pause work or delay project completion if payments are not made according to the agreed terms.

6. Intellectual Property
